White Hot Chocolate


  • 3 cups half-and-half cream (or milk)
  • 2/3 cups vanilla baking chips
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract


In a saucepan, combine a ¼ cup cream, vanilla chips, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir over low heat until chips are melted. Add remaining cream and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and add extracts.
