Shrimp Scampi


  • 2 pounds unpeeled jumbo fresh shrimp
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon tarragon
  • teaspoon steak sauce
  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 pound fettuccine, cooked


Peel and devein shrimp. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly for 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and the next four ingredients. Bring to a boil and add shrimp. Cook stirring constantly for 4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Serve over fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley.
