Sausage Gravy


  • 8 oz. Ground Sage Breakfast Sausage
  • 4 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Sage


Brown and crumble sausage over medium heat in fry pan. When sausage is completely cooked, stir in 1/2 cup of flour. Once the flour has coated all the sausage, gradually stir in the milk. Stir frequently over low - medium heat to prevent scorching. Gravy will thicken as it heats. Add salt, pepper, and sage. Serve gravy over your favorite biscuits, toast or hash browns.
