Turkey Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey deli lunch meat
  • lb. Montery Jack / Colby cheese
  • 10-12 large flour tortilla shells
  • lettuce (as desired)
  • cup Mayonaise
  • cup sour cream
  • pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 scallions (green onions), finely chopped
  • bacon bits (as desired)

Directions

Prepare dressing by combining the mayonaise, sour cream, mix, scallions, and bacon bits. Set aside. Spread out a few slices of turkey and cheese on one half of each tortilla. Add a leaf of lettuce to each tortilla. On the other half of the tortilla, spread the prepared dressing mixture. Roll up tightly. The dressing will help to seal the ends. Slice each tortilla into 4 pieces.
