Chicken Pot Pie


  • 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
  • 1 whole chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg


Preheat oven to 400°. Cut chicken breast into small cubes. Boil chicken until completely cooked. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup (in condensed form) together. Pour mixture into ungreased 9\" pie pan. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour this evenly over the chicken/vegetable mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
