Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package orange gelatin (4 serving size)
  • ½ teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2-9\" round or 1-13\"x9\" rectangle cake pan(s). Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Swirl dry gelatin mix and extract into batter. Pour batter into pans. Bake as directed on package. You may need to bake a few extra minutes. When cake is cool, frost with mixture of prepared vanilla frosting and orange juice concentrate.
