Cream Cheese Muffins


  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tube (10) refridgerator bisquits
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese (cut into 10 squares)


In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla. Separate the 10 bisquits. Flatten each into 3 inch circles. Dip cream cheese squares into butter, then into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place the coated cream cheese into center of dough circle. Fold dough over square, seal and shape into balls. Dip the dough ball into butter then sugar mix. Place seam-side down into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 14-18 minutes.
