Creamy Corn Casserole


  • 1/2 Cup butter/margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 8.5-oz. dry corn bread mix
  • 1 15-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14.75 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 Cup sour cream


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" x 9" baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour or spoon mixture into baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown.
