Pepperoni Twist


  • 2 rolls Pillsbury French bread
  • 6 oz. pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon on inside + 2 tablespoons outside)
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • garlic (1 tablespoon on inside + 1 teaspoon outside)
  • 1 egg white


Pour a little flour on your working surface. Place French bread rolls on the surface. Slice down the seam and roll out a bit to make an area to place the pepperoni. Slice the pepperoni in half and mix with cheese, garlic and Italian seasoning. Add pepperoni mixture to rolls, close the rolls sealing the ends. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Flip the rolls over and twist (braid the two rolls together). Put slices in the top twists. Mix 1 egg white with some Italian seasoning and garlic. Brush the egg mixture over the top of the pepperoni twist. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes. It is done when the top is a nice golden brown.
