Eclair

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • 3 boxes vanilla pudding
  • Small Cool Whip
  • Chocolate frosting (pourable)

Directions

Prepare pudding as directed except with 1/2 cup less milk. Let set for 5 minutes then mix in the Cool Whip. Layer the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan with graham crackers. Add layer of pudding mixture, then graham crackers, then pudding mixture, and a top layer of graham crackers. Frost with chocolate frosting.
